With InfoWallet, you can create a password protected, encrypted wallet that stores all your important data: passwords, medical info, insurance info, contacts, finance, and other info. So, instead of storing family records in a traditional file cabinet, take the more convenient approach and store them in InfoWallet.

InfoWallet is available for multiple platforms, mainly Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. To get the application up and running on a Windows PC, you will have to go through a standard installation procedure through which you will be guided by a setup wizard. Once you’re done and you launch InfoWallet for the first time, you will be invited to create a new wallet, name it, and select a password to protect access to said wallet.

In the upper right hand corner the application displays several tabs:
Welcome – this is an unprotected screen that provides access to information that will be useful in an emergency situation.
Passwords – presents all the passwords you entered, allows you to open websites, and automatically logs you into your online accounts.
Profile – store your important personal and private information in here.
History – this tab is for documenting a complete history of your medical conditions.
Doctors – enter contact information for your primary/secondary medical care providers.
Medications – catalog all your medications and your prescription numbers.
Contacts – manage a list of contacts.
Insurance – all your insurance policy information can be stored in here.
Finance – secure all your financial account information.
Records – archive photos and documents.

All the data stored by InfoWallet is encrypted and password protected. From the Preferences menu you can choose what type of encryption method you want: AES (128, 192 or 256-bit). Blowfish (128 and 448 bit), TripleDES (192 bit). The 256-bit AES encryption method is selected by default.

Please note that InfoWallet is not a free application, it is only free to try for a 30-day period. The trial does not allow you to export vCARDs.

Securely store your information and easily access it at your convenience. This is what the user friendly InfoWallet offers to Windows, Mac, and Linux users.

Pros

InfoWallet is available for multiple platforms; installing it on a Windows PC is a simple task. The tabs in the upper right hand side make it very easy to navigate the interface. There are several encryption methods to choose from. Easily and securely store all your important data.

Cons

30-day trial, nag screen, the option to export vCARDs is disabled.
